Classes

CrossFit® Class

Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long. Our program is all about helping you build strength and improve your overall conditioning. No matter your fitness level, the WOD can be adjusted to give you just the right challenge. We’ll start with a warm-up, then guide you through some skill prep for all the elements of the workout, and finally, we’ll dive into the workout together.

Weightlifting Class

These classes are 60 minutes long, the coach will warm you up as a team and then take you through the club program. The classes combine technical practice of the olympic lifts as well as strength work.

Coached Open Gym

These sessions are still a chance to get eyes-on coaching. You can do whatever programming you like, this could be personalised programming from one of our coaches or any coach at all. In addition, you can go to your coach with a particular pain point and they will give you a session to address it.

Beginners Class

These classes are every Saturday morning at 9am, taught in small groups (6 maximum) of beginners only. We will progress you towards feeling confident to jumping into our club sessions or coached open gym sessions.
